		Vehicle Card The Vehicle Card allows any driver to use the card. This is usually applicable to companies who have a pool of company vehicles with various drivers. Characteristics: • The Vehicle Card is linked to the vehicle. • The card can be used by any person since it is not driver specific. • Odometer reading is recorded during transactions. • The following is embossed on the face of the card: - Card Number - Company Name (Whenever applicable) - Vehicle Details (Plate Number and Description)

Driver Card The Driver Card operates like a credit card. The name of the cardholder is embossed on the face of the card. The limits are linked to the individual and the cardholder may use this on any vehicle. Characteristics: • The Driver Card is non-transferable. The bearer must be the same person embossed on the card. • Signature verification is required. • There is no need to verify the vehicle details because a cardholder with a Driver Card can drive ANY vehicle. • Odometer checking is not required. • The following is embossed on the face of the card: - Card Number - Name Of Cardholder - Company Name (Whenever applicable)

Driver-Vehicle Card

As an additional control, the Driver-Vehicle Card contains both the name of the cardholder and the details about the vehicle. This is usually applicable to companies with specific vehicles assigned to specific employees

Characteristics:

   • The card is linked to both Cardholder and Vehicle.
   • Signature verification is required.
   • The following is embossed on the face of the card:
      - Card Number
      - Name Of Cardholder
      - Company Name (Whenever applicable)
      - Vehicle Details (Plate Number and Description)
