Aside from providing added security, this technology allows transactions to be honored offline, without the need of connecting to the host server. This will result to less idle time in the stations. 

Pre-defined Product Restrictions

As our client, you may select products and services you want the cardholders to have access. Below is the list of products and services that can be availed for the Petron Fleet Card:

Fuel : Blaze Euro 4, XCS, Xtra Advance, Super Xtra, Turbo Diesel, Diesel Max, Auto Gasul
Lubes : Ultron, Rev-x, other Lubes
Services : Car Wash, Tune-up, Change Oil, other services
Others : Treats/SanMig Food Ave, LPG, GAAS

Odometer Check 

For Vehicle Cards and Driver/Vehicle Cards, the Petron Fleet Card system will prompt the attendant to record the Odometer Reading of the vehicle being presented. Allowing our system to automatically compute your vehicle's milage per liter.

Pre-set Purchase Limits

The Petron Fleet Card system likewise provides flexible and user-defined purchase limits such as:

- Transaction Limit
- Frequency per Day
- Monthly Limit
- Daily Limit

Transaction limit should always be in Peso.
Monthly/Daily could be in Peso or Liter.

Purchase Limits In Liters

Client may opt to set purchase limits in liters. This is applicable to fuel purchases only

Product Limits

The Petron Fleet Card system has a unique feature of being able to define limits on a per product group basis, e.g. Fuels, Lubes, Services, Convenience Store etc.

P.I.N. Security

The PIN security follows a very strict algorithm and keys to ensure highly secured encryption. The microchip prevents unauthorized tampering or accidental erasure of data stored.

Interest-Free Credit Facility

The Petron Fleet Card provides for an average of 45-days interest free facility. The credit term is M-30 wherein payment due is 30 days after each monthly cut-off date. Payments can be made via over-the-counter at any UnionBank and BDO branch or internet banking facility of our partner banks.

Loyalty Program - Earn Points On Purchases

The Petron Fleet Card is the only fleet card in the country with a loyalty feature. The more purchase you make, the more points you earn! These points can soon be exchanged for exciting items for the company.

Petron has taken steps to ensure that your fleet runs smoothly wherever they are. Together with our partner, Ibero Asistencia, get free access to 24-Hour Towing and Roadside Assistance in most locations nationwide*. A dedicated hotline number (02) 459-4735, is available to all vehicle specific cardholders.

Single Invoice 

The Petron Fleet Card provides consolidated invoices for monthly fleet transactions made between cardholders and service stations.

Comprehensive MIS Reporting

On a regular basis, you will receive the following reports which can help you review the fuel and other product utilization of your fleet:
- Fuel Consumption Analysis
- Statement of Account
- Fleet Manager's Report
- Transaction Detail Report

Web Module

The Fleet Manager will be provided with an exclusive logon-id to our Website wherein he may see the details of his account as well as browse and print previous reports.

Low Joining And Membership Fees

One time Joining Fee:
- The one-time joining fee is Php5,000 per account (i.e. for the whole company).
Annual Membership Fee:
- The membership fee per annum is PHP300 per card. Replacement card fee is Php250.
